  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified unless explicitly agreed upon.

  • Handmade products require processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

  • Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.

  • Since most products are custom-made, returns and refunds are not applicable once an order is confirmed.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.

  • Approved issues will be resolved through replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
